"Recently my car was totaled. The experience with State Farm was incredible. I had a rental car within hours of the wreck. The towing company State Farm uses was amazing. I had the payment for my car within 7days. And the payment for my car was exactly what the car was worth. My agents office called to just check on me and make sure everything was moving smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience for the circumstances."

"Customer service is horrible. Claim handler is doing nothing to get me paid so I can fix my flooring. Agent is non existent. Run away from randy and state farm. RUN RUN RUN away."

"HAPPY 😊 MONDAY, I was not expecting the HIGH quality of assistance, I received today, when I called the office. I was confused and did not understand something with my policy. The young man that I spoke with, cleared everything up for me. There was NO wait time with the call, he spoke clearly, repeated everything that I said, which was verification, that he was truly listening to me, treated me with respect, and the issue was resolved within minutes of my call.
