"I had dropped off a document in his office. I met with Randy a couple of months later and asked if the document had been processed. He said they didn't have it. Instead of saying it might have been misplaced, he said "How do I know that you actually dropped it off?" In other words, he insinuated I was lying. A few days later, I was contacted by his office to say they had found the document."
